Greetings everyone. You might have noticed the board has been offline a little over the last two days, and you certainly will notice the new style now! We're working to better integrate everything, so I appreciate your patience. The forum should be mostly done, but if you find any hiccups let me know!

Pros:

• Spiffy design.
• Embedded links in message text are now properly highlighted, so that we will no longer need to post idiotic "link inside" hints in brakets near links, so the stupid easter-egging season is finally over.
• Vastly larger default font for message posting.

Cons:

• It got pretty hard to distinguish new topics and topics with new messages (replies) from old topics that didn't change when you last visited the forum. Being able to make the distinction with ease is something users tend to rely on, so IMHO that glitch needs tweaking
• The forum no longer is a frame, so site integration is better at the expense of no longer being able to view the forum alone, i.e. without all of the PinkToxins site navigation header.

Aside from that, the thing looks pretty good.

Thanks for the critique! I hope to have dual log-ins fixed between the main site and the forum soon. I agree with you that the icon for new replies looks way too much like read replies. That has been driving me crazy all week so it'll be fixed soon. Glad that over all you like it, there definitely a few other tweaks that need to be made but I think it's a step up from where we were.
